This scholarship fund was created in memory of Bailey R. Moore, a local Warsaw teenager who lost her battle with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). The Foundation is a qualified 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization and donations are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.
